duel Sorry I can't be in this duel. I have NBIA1 Syndrom and will possibly be wheelchair bound before the duel occurs. I have no reason to disenfranchise anyone. I have no reason to misquote or mislead. I have attempted to be honest and sincere and apologise if I misled people (if that has occured). I posted Apex had been selling because Smuggler indicated Apex owned 1.5mill shares - I did not verify this. As of yesterday evening the share register stated Catalina owned 15mill shares - I still believe this to be the case until I view a new top 100.
All other statements I standby and I will leave it for others to determine Smuggler's honesty, integrity and credibility.
