a director is required to advise within 3 trading days of the trade of a Single Share in their holding, not a percent but a single share.
It is of course a disaster to the SP if Director Selling is announced,a real sentiment killer.

If I was still interested in TON I'd be looking at the recent buy out of Grafex to explain at least some of the Dump.
earlyrise knows which names/entities on the Top 20 that represent the 4 Grafex Directors holdings,
a search thru capital changes over last few years will give their payout in shares and options,recently just pre 1/8 a poster presented research that Grafex was a 'conduit' for the Fremilo Gov't hierachy to 'involve' itself in Mozambique Mineral Developments so....
well they grafex have been recently paid out in ca$$h and Shares. have over last few months converted all the Options 5 cents issued to them so combined with the placement 50 centers could well be the source of the relentless sell from 90cents that has attracted the Shorter/Hedge Fund Institutions and snowballed the down trend.
