    I am aware that quite a few holders of this stock have been burnt in the past. I am also aware of the problem further delays to start up could have on cash flows, but at 0.115 - 0.12 this stock looks very cheap.

    I would appreciate an objective view, from someone who hasn't been recently burnt.
