Well the 5th has come and gone, nothing from KNL. And no announcements from Richlands. Does that mean the MoU has lapsed? Did the Govt put so many restrictions/demands that it was no longer Viable? Would be great to know?
an easier way around the problem if KNL had enough Cash may have been to take-over Richlands
