Why do you have to make it personal? The CUA rate is high? Compared to what??
Compared to the fixed rates offered by the other banks the CUA deal is exceptional. As to wether it will seem high in the future who knows-that is all guess work isn't it, but if you want certainty for the next three years with the ability to pay off as much as you can I'd be all over it.
