    Nice post Gold fish,
If 'infrastructure such as process water dams, pumps, piping and tailings dam etc' is going to cost less than $5mil to put in place, I think SBR should do a rights issue with existing shareholders to raise $5mil (with an underwriter to take shares that existing shareholders won't subscribe to) and put the bloody thing in place.

In the mean time SBR may be able to hire/contract out the DMS equipment (i.e. vendor financing), if this is not achievable raising capital by a blend of preferred equity / debt...

If we can develop Border on a modular approach (in stages); get the ore beneficiated by DMS and sell the ore to a third party or pay another party with lead/zinc processing facilities...we should be able to get on our way. Once we can afford it..put other infrastructure in place to undertake further processing of the ore..

There are zinc trading houses that want to secure their sources of Zinc, lets do a deal SBR!

The only thing I was disappointed in the Quarterly, was a lack of communication on a strategy for Border. What are their grand plans for this asset? What is the timeline? What are their options? What are the hurdles? None of this was covered.

    Have a nice day all,

    Sutto
