I think IMO that someone with lots of shares is trying to keep the share price under 0.05 cents or lower (sacrificing few shares), to make the 0.055 cents attractive take over prize before voting...
It may work on some naive which will accept the few dollars profit and run together with some "others " who made a millions...Just think about this...
