This is being sold down and capped again. By whom? Usual suspects, steal your ear wax and sell them back as candles!
It is the same end game as has been going on for 18 months since the CR at 2.7c, get a few people to believe the deal wont go ahead and get there shares cheap again.
Most likely buying and selling there own shares through two brokers, it cost them next to nothing just a few fees along the way but cheaper than having to pay 7c a share. IMO
Pick up a few cheap ones along the way, I hope they are being bought by another company interested in NIDO but wont be counting on that.
