Ramp the stock like no tomorrow, "invest because the deal is just around the corner and could come any day now which will send the SP through the roof and you can all make a motza..." - who are you likely to suck in by pushing that kind of line? The most uninformed hacks looking for a quick buck, who will also be the weakest and most likely to be shacken out as any sign of delays emerge.

The only winners are those who waited for a lower entry point, and they are getting it now at the expense of the hacks who got sucked into buying it at higher prices and were quickly shaken out as the SP stumbled. It's a shame that it is mostly likely mum and dad armchair investors who spend little time researching and are happy to stump up some cash on the back of a couple of articles and a hot tip from someone... but just was easily shaken out as well.
