    One tick down at this level is a 25% move in sp, raising alot of expectation of sellers to take a hit. Very difficult (and is currently protecting us all with this solid floor). One tick down at 5 cps is only 2% move. Then it can gather some selling momentum and the 2% decrease is more easily accommodated in seller minds psychologically speaking.
