A poster over at the GCN forum discovered that Priority One Network is today facing a winding up application in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

It is case S CI 2014 03436 in the Supreme Court of Victoria. See page 4 at

where we read that Asian Pacific Telecommunications Pty Ltd. is the plaintiff in this winding up case.

Presumably CQA picked this case up in their due diligence, but thought it was inconsequential.
