Well for starters they need to finalise the funding proposal that was put forward by Platinum. It hasn't been signed off yet - its no done deal - Platinum may well be re-negotiating terms - who really knows...but it is they alone who control the purse strings for CKA.

Approval is unlikely to do much for the share price anyway. Coal is a bit like uranium at the moment - on the nose. CKA continues to be a slow burn. Boring..................

News in the papers today too, that China is starting the process of shutting down their coal fired power stations across 6 Beijing districts between now and 2020 is just more negative sentiment for the commodity
