As the 21st century master administrator, I am sure you would be able to whip BLT into shape and have their share price on a solid upward trajectory.

However, if they offer you the role may I suggest you pay a little more attention to the detail of your own correspondence.

I don't wish to be picky but these obvious few from your post might improve with a little more care and attention.

maybe you might 'gild the lily' other than form a club or association around it!

And if you were to gild the lily, I think "too much " is a little tautologous!

I don't understand what you mean by '...stalwart of their in-competence...,' but I'm sure you mean "...stalwart of their incompetence"

Its pretty easy mudpecker - but does it actually add any value?
