Updated Dial-in Details for Diligent Second Quarter 2014 Results on August 8,

As previously announced, Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or
the "Company") (NZX: DIL) intends to release its financial results for the
Fiscal Quarter ended June 30, 2014 on Friday, August 8, 2014 NZST (Thursday,
August 7, 2014 USET). The results will be issued before 9:00 a.m. NZST (5:00
p.m. USET, Thursday, August 7). The below dial-in details have been updated
to provide dial-in capability for mobile users.
