Is ENI in or out

Putting TS up for sale, does this mean ENI are not participating in Heron after month end?
Does it mean it is time to find someone to take over the reins as MEO/ENI have no movable gas at Heron Blackwood.
The only possible interest will come from the ES partnership for immediate feedstock.
Folk should realise that TS is just paperwork about a possibility sitting on a shoal with lots of approvals.
The current share price has valued receipt of $64 m for TS for interest sold to others.
It will be interesting to see the outcome.
I suspect it will take 4 to 6 months to see the result.
