The manipulators/shorters that drove the price down, are the same ones that pushed it to 90c.
They are also the same ones accumulating big numbers in the last few days. They need to cover their shorts and stock up before the next run. So they keep the weak spooked, to make sure no one gets in the way of their accumulation.
They probably even planted the snakes to keep any buyers away, until are they get all they need...then they'll let it off the chain....all IMO of course.
