    I think you are both right...There has been so much protest from farmers that the govt needed to listen..
    On top of that, heraclitus is right too with regards to indecisions etc...

    I feear this may well go the way of IXR and dwindle down to nothing...This is the stockmarket..Just when u think things are ok you get belted...
