Of course there was no insider trading - 30% surges on no news are an everyday occurrence for NDO.
If only that were the case we might not be lamenting this pitiful take over offer. Quite why someone would consider it a compelling situation to sell the farm when there is no market for farms is beyond me - oh that's right, someone is in the money...
