It has become increasingly more difficult for the small cap asx companies to raise capital, the NXS saga will simply add to this problem.
The obvious reluctance of ASIC to investigate blatant corporate crime has further quantified that the small caps should be avoided at all cost.
NXS has been one of the greatest corporate manipulations in ASX history, ITS OBVIOUS, ITS BLATANT, yet there will be no investigation.
I think many of us new we should have sold out months ago, however witnessing the NXS manipulation left us in a state of disbelief unable to act.
We can not win this one but we can continue to spread the message "DO NOT INVEST IN SMALL CAPS" .
In recent history the commonwealth bank has come under severe scrutiny for its dubious actions.
If NXS was to face a similar investigation they would no doubt be caught out to.
This confirms the big companies will be scrutinised, the small ones can do as they wish.
The answer is simple ''IF THE SMALL CAPS DON'T HAVE OUR MONEY THEN THEY CANT WAST IT"
