."ok Miss Proper why don't you tell that to the hundreds of IDC investors that have been drowning in a sea of red thanks to these incompetents."
The name is tobyjack, elphamale
I don’t feel I need to tell any of the IDC investors anything – they got themselves into this stock, they (hopefully) did their own due diligence and they (hopefully) didn’t take investing advice from the many here, and elsewhere, who endlessly ramped this stock. Perhaps those who were ever optimistic/overly exuberant in their posting, and verbally put down those who tried to instill a little common sense discussion, might need to reflect on whether they played a part in influencing others (now drowning in a sea of red) to buy. I am not one of those.
My concern, expressed in my above post, is the content you copied from the other site could contain possible defamatory comments about directors/CEO of IDC. You/others might feel justified in the sentiments expressed because of your current situation.
However, you might want to read up on some of the legal action against HC posters, who had similar lapses in judgement, made derogatory remarks about directors and, as a consequence, got themselves into a whole lot of strife – see link below.
You might also read up the HC T&C on “Who could your posts defame?” then read the content of that post again and ask yourself could any of the content be seen as defamation? Perhaps then you will be able to understand why I said it’s the WRONG WAY to express yourself. It’s not a case of being “proper” it’s a case of avoiding possible legal action. .....
"Most corporations cannot be defamed.
The exception is corporations with fewer than 10 employees, that are not related to another corporation. Many Australian companies fall within this category.
Individuals, including directors, management, officers and shareholders can be defamed and commence defamation proceedings
.
You do not need to identify these people by name in order to defame them. For example, if your post identifies someone by name or title, such as ‘the CEO of Company X’ then that might be enough."
Mad as hell and not going to take it any more?
