with the situation in Ukraine improving with the pro EU government about to clear the rebels out of eastern ukraine i would have thought the sp would have reacted today. COD's assets in Ukraine are currently valued at 0. Its polish asset's imo are also valued at 0. COD has about 3 million cash in the bank and market cap 3 million. hopefully with current drilling program about to start in poland cod can attract some decent news for a change. looks a no brainer to me at 2 cents.
