The brokers have highlighted low mining rates for production miss and cannot understand why the company has laid off 1000 contractors. If MML hits the production targets, the company's mkt cap will be several multiples of what is the currently trading at (even at low assumed gold price).
After having production missed targets so many times and consistently, I believe the management are bound to fail at some point (I.e. hit/exceed the production target). Just law of averages.
