On the acquisition aspect, I would phone the company and simply ask. Chances are they may reveal the commercial drivers face to face or even over the phone but they'll never be able to publish them for obvious reasons. I'm sure RCF as a 32pc cash-purchased shareholder wouldn't have overlooked any fatal flaws.
I understand 150 was found entirely by GPR from its own geological efforts from what they say. It wasn't even known about when GPR bought in and they figured the copper was justification enough. Having done some rough and ready math on potential gold alone, its well worth the acquisition/development cost over the next 2-3 years. Having RCF on board also suggests funding that is achievable. This year's drill campaign should help paint the scene for both gold and copper.
On the metallurgy, I understood from earlier discussions they would crush/grind/float a combined poly-metallic concentrate and sell that as a product (without building a metal refinery). Common practice in the copper/gold industry from what I have seen and avoids unnecessary up-front CapeX.
In any case, at these grades the current entry price is all upside. Better a brand new and previously unexplored story like this than one of the many tired, 3 times failed, low grade, low operating margin, "I'm smarter than the last guy" Western Australian (and lately African), stories I hear all too often these days. I have switched from those to this.
