My understanding is that she only sold a portion. Nobody here knows what personal circumstances may have influenced that decision. I'm sure that with the benefit of hindsight she wished she had waited an extra week. My guess is that she simply needed funds and was on a time-line. The market finally reacted to guidance from late June after she had sold her portion. Thankfully she still appears to hold the majority of her stock and can recover any loss incurred to date in the near future. The info we have is direct from the Company with numerous comments from the CEO. He holds 50% of shares in escrow. He isn't trying to sell anyone anything. Just stating the facts from what I can see. A little hard for us to comprehend that this could well be an absolute gem.
