Your missing a very important piece to the puzzle. Unless your resource is large enough. The big guyz won'ypt be interested with a t/o offer. These small spec miners need this opportunity factored in regardless. The other point is the grade. WAF's grade for total resource to date is not that high.
Basically, if you don't have the 2moz resource that is standard t/o size. You'd better have the higher grade like, over 2g/t, 3g/t is better. DYODD
