I am voting No. IMO there is not enough in the report for DTE other Assets. The purpose of the merger is to merge the UK Assets with IGAS. I think that DTE Shareholders needs to have a stake in the DTE other Assets. If IGAS are concentrating on UK based Assets, then the other Assets are going to be disposed of in due course. IMO DTE holders need to have a stake in the other Assets in a holding company of sort or option for.
Not in favour at all, that's my opinion.
