According to UN rules (which I think suck anyway) referring back to Klown's post, Israel & Turkey are under .05 whereas Iraq is over, well and truly over.
Call that semantics but if you ever get caught for drink-driving and play the "semantics angle" the judge will have a good laugh at you ......and then throw the book at you!
Klown if you're reading this post, what UN resoultions were you on about in regard to Turkey?
