Jenny Hutsons Wellington teams up with Echelon

It appears Wellington Capital Ltd has a diminishing list of Property Trusts and Funds under management, gone from the Wellcap home website without a trace but it appears that some properties from those defunct portfolios are popping up in a new fund, Old Property Trust,  managed by none other than
WELLINGTON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED!!!
Now I am sure that previous investors in Rimcorp Property Trust No 3, Brisbane Industrial Property Trust  and Wellington Property Securities Fund   would not be at all happy to see that properties sold relisted in the Qld Property Trust and far greater listed values than what they were divested for not so long ago!!

Is it also a coincidence that the sales information relating to these properties are no longer available on the WELLINGTON CAPITAL LTD website?????
