these regulators have no balls to tackle these sort of underhanded deals they prefer to close their eyes but the proof is there if they want to investigate but the free lunches they turn a blind eye or better still the ato needs to look at why are we recieving a high amount of tax losses from people who invest on the stock market and why is it happening,and take there complaint to asic and the asx to please explain the reasons for not policing these situation when the complaints are first lodged by the share holders with their complaints, or is that not the right approach to the boys club,take them to lunch and sweep it under the carpet,
lot of class action is happening of late against companies,why they do not tackle the man who creates the situation beats me put them in goal for fraud that will stop things in there tracks
