I think it is fully valued. But I would say that as I sold the last of mine at just over $1 about 6 months back. Hard to see much more in it though, unless the can get revenue growth or reduce costs further. They only broke even for the full year - and the company trades at just under 10x EBITDA adjusted for cash. They have done a good job over the last 3 years getting it back on track, they have some good businesses. Cant pay dividends until 2018.
