So it would seem Merrill Lynch has been running one of the algo's to accumulate and the international arm has been borrowing to offset either CFD's or mini's.
At risk of jumping the gun, I would suggest that funding will be pretty straight forward with Bank of America stumping up the majority of funds. They should make a nice earn on the heads from any ann's too.
