South Boulder Mines (ASX:STB) non-executive director Anthony Kiernan has acquired 150,000 shares in the company through an on market purchase.
He paid a total of $39,250, or $0.26 each, for the shares, which increase his total holding up to 245,000 shares.
Kiernan also holds 150,000 performance rights and 2 million unlisted options in three tranches.
South Boulder had earlier this week completed and submitted the first phase of environmental baseline assessments for its Colluli Potash Project in Eritrea, the first step towards securing a mining licence.
This follows on its appointing in early August GED to conduct geotechnical and hydro-geological drilling at the project.
It had in late July attracted a $1.8 million investment from Hong Kong based Kam Lung Investment Development Company.
