If I was to hazard a guess factoring in the delays, repairs, drilling speeds etc...... I would say we're not at TO yet.... maybe still to run some liner, drill a bit more and lay in some more casing on FAN-1...tweet tweet. ...
And if my musings are correct I would expect another week or two....at least.... I hold and wait patiently...
