I have actually contacted slater and Gordon about this to see if they were interested in a class action.
Basically until a loss has been realised/crystallised they wont even look at you.
The combined loss must be greater than 250k which would be quite easy to justify, but essentially they are of the opinion you need to wait for the govt to ipo medibank and then after that make a claim
