CPDLC I have another question. What is your honest opinion on the current workforce being able to mine ore fast enough so that we can get back to a stable rate of say 2200-2300 tpd. I just don't know how they are going to do it with 1000 less contractors. What on earth were these 1000 odd contractors doing? Were they not contributing? When during the quarter did they make them redundant? They say they made them redundant during the quarter. IMO I feel it was towards the end of the quarter because tones mined was the highest it had been in a long time!
I respect your opinion and knowledge as you seem to have a background in underground mining operations. I see what your saying in relation to development ore verse stoping ore being mined. That definitely makes sense that development ore % can increase. Hopefully they can turn the percentage around so more stoping ore is mined so that they can get grades back up to say 5.5 GPT. Recovery will be an interesting one this quarter also.
