    Pods,

    On the  14/08/14, you wrote;

    They haven't said what they're going to do, how it's going to be funded, how much it's going to cost. There's nothing concrete that you can bet your bottom dollar on.

    Further, they don't have a signed and sealed deal with Salt yet. When that happens and when there is more information on what they're doing, maybe then i'll think about investing at these prices.

    Pods, as I mentioned in my previous post, the company signed an MoU with Salt on the 01/05/2014. Approximately three months later 30/07/2014 a Binding Term Sheet was signed with Salt. Pretty impressive in my books.

    Did you expect that the finer details were going to be announced in an MOU or Binding Term Sheet? Furthermore, do you think the company wouldn't at least have thought through what their strategy would involve prior to even considering entering a JV with an m-commerce partner? The six dot points in the MoU announcement is all waffle? Also note, that the company have been on the lookout for a suitable partner for over a year now.

    Last paragraph, page 5 of the Annual Report dated 22/07/2013.

    And page 1 Operations Update dated 29/11/2013.

    It hasn't even been one month since the company announced the Binding Term Sheet 30/07/2014 and many are getting nervous? What an exciting time!

    Have investors here even kept track of when Operations Updates have been previously announced? The last two were announced almost four months apart - 29/11/2013 and 20/03/2014.

    It's a screaming buy even at these levels for me.

    Tony
