re: jb were / goldman sachs a buy? To be honest I think that the CFO has been a little robust in his cost cutting efforts on maintenance over the past 3 years. At the same time the planes have been having more brake failures, engine fires and fuselage cracks. At least once every 3 months there is an emergency landing on the news for Qantas.
