Then shareholders have the EDGE if they Vote NO !! management will be forced to ask for MORE or pay us a DIVIDEND from our CASH first ... say 1c to sweeten the deal to shareholders

we can force all parties to offer More to US for NDO by saying NO !!
if we collectively said NO at AGM, the sp would rise over 6c ..as most players will realize we the Shareholders are the REAL Owners ...and in control ..and not the PB pirates !!!
