Very dry humour Q9!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you Q9. Even the presentation that Moorpett references states clearly (slide 4) that the MoU is:
　
"Subject to: Shareholder approval at EGM, Completion of Due Diligence and entering into formal agreement within 21 days of MOU execution"

Now, it is more that 21 days since this MoU was announced and we haven't hade notice of a formal agreement yet!
Hmmmm! Perhaps a call to HO is warranted. Has due diligence been completed? When will the agreement and EGM dates be announced? Has the Independent Expert found the deal fair yet? Many questions .....

I really think that CSD need to better manage expectations. There has been a pattern over many years of tight deadlines being set and not being met. These deals are never easy, so perhaps Ralph should add an extra month to all of his deadlines so that we aren't left dangling quite so often!
