b) Wild optimism?
c) Based on information yet to be revealed to the market?
Unless there is some positive news from PCL or operators off Kenya/Namibia, I am not sure that the share price will be going anywhere soon. Dknow had some interesting research regarding Ophir, however apart from this there seems to be little info to drive the share price anywhere near 4c. I would be interested to know why you think this will occur.
