The productivity debate in these posts are applied to mining and mining only. I would argue strongly productivity opportunities is systematic across Australia industries and tying that in only with mining wages could creates those debates without solid conclusions.

Let us remind ourselves that productivity here has very little to do with wages - rather the value extracted from the work force.
