Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
GeoOp Limited (GeoOp) announces that its 2014 Annual Meeting is to be held on
30 September 2014 at 11.00am at the company's offices located at level 3, 12
Heather Street, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand. Other details relating to
the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be
distributed in due course.
For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2, GeoOp advises that the opening
date for nominations for directors is today, 18 August 2014. The closing
date for nominations for directors will be 1 September 2014. All nominations
must be received by 5:00pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made
by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
