Hey, a very very impressive JV. Amazing to snare Rio cant do better than that. So all kudos to the AZS management team and very impressive JV terms also.
Only $250k in upfront cash so a CR is now right in the headlights, but with todays nice price jump the CR should be at a decent price and with considerable market interest, so the discount shouldn't be too bad.
