good to see your contribution ... hope to hear more of you in future. i agree with some of your analysis about the apparent manipulation of the share price.
against that i would argue they have been building a business and will certainly let this run at some stage in the next six months. Given that several buyers in the recent placement were apparently from the UK I'd think PBI management will also be keen to get share price above that level at least in the near future. They want more money out of there eventually and will not be in any position to raise capital if they muck around too much ... incidentally i would not be surprised if some of the recent selling has been from those who bought in recent placement and are taking a small loss on ords and holding their free options for longer term.
as for pbi's worth. at present the market says its worth just over .20c. i believe .40 is possible (not necessarily probable) in coming months based on medicvision revenue and potential for growth alone ... the pulmo products are a 2007 bonus. For option holders its totally frustrating to see the ords sit above .20 and rarely move back to the once 'constant' of .30 ..... For me it's hard to believe that PBI is valued at 30% less than it was when they had pulmo alone ...

I think this gives a pretty accurate picture of the potneial for growth and also why it may take a few months yet before PBI is re-rated.
