ANNUAL MEETING & DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET; ASX: MEQ) advises that its Annual Meeting will
be held at 2.00pm on 22 October 2014 at the Alexandra Park Function Centre.
Metlifecare also advises that nominations for directors to be considered for
appointment at the Annual Meeting are open today, as at 19 August 2014. The
closing date for nominations is 3 September 2014. Nominations may only be
made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and
must be received at the following address by 5:00pm (New Zealand Standard
Time) on 3 September 2014:
