I hate to state the obvious but if you think the Chinese are busting to take over and rip off shareholders why didnt they buy m&g's 15% of the company for $3 or less and
straight off have over 50%.?
Maybe m&g were working for someone else other than the Chinese??
Thats why they didnt sell to them.
Makes sense now.
