    If the suspension is used for a capital raising and announcement let us see the quality of these people. Will they be in the Top Class as was PVE when it recently did a capital raising at a price HIGHER than the then current share price .
    Or will it be like many, sad news, a dilution on 'PRICE' to current shareholders and handouts to those in the 'circle' excluding the other shareholders.
    We will see . B2
