OK, so what is it the Brits don't like about the results - there appear very close to expectations.
Is Newco is not available to UK shareholders ? If that is the case then one assumes they will be compensated in other creative ways? I've not had the chance to wad through 10 pages of fiscals so apologies if I'm asking what is stated somewhere.
