DIVIDEND: CMO: Final dividend
On Wednesday, 20 August 2014 the directors of The Colonial Motor Company
Limited declared a final dividend of twenty-two (22.0) cents per share. The
dividend will carry full imputation credits based on the corporate tax rate
of 28% and a supplementary dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders.
The dividend will be paid on Monday 20 October 2014 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on Friday, 10 October 2014.
