VRL are due to announce their half year report this week. I don't think this will have much impact on the share price.
In fact I don't expect a great deal of movement in the share price in VRL & VRLPA until after the release of Matrix: Reloaded. As VRL are putting so much money into this movie along with the 3rd part, Matrix: Revolutions, the market will pretty much sit on it's hands until it knows if the money was worth it or not.
